REGULAR stocking items purchased online are non-refundable. Exchange and store credit only. Once you receive your SOC Maui merchandise and you'd like to exchange for another size or style- you have up to 5 days to notify SOC Maui via email : email@example.com process return/exchange for your store credit (provide your full name and order number on your email). You will be responsible of outgoing shipment back to SOC Maui for return/exchange. Once SOC MAUI receives your returned goods, SOC Maui will provide you with a store credit (of the same value of returned items) for you to make your new purchase online with your store credit. Returned items need to have original tags and must be in good selling condition to receive full value store credit of your return. Thank you!
